REST API proxy for authenticating users via the DB Cargo CIDP service using an API key.

Description

The Login API V3 is a proxy/adapter service that forwards authentication requests to the DB Cargo CIDP service. Users authenticate with an API key via the POST /api/v1/authenticate endpoint and receive JWT access tokens for their associated applications in return. The service is deployed as a Spring Boot application on OpenShift via Helm and provides structured error responses with tracking IDs for request correlation.
